Aspen Woods Project

Frustrated with their previous flooring contractor, the homeowners contacted Floorscapes and asked us to simply provide a better experience. After some careful consultation, reviewing their preferred design style and, just as importantly, their lifestyle, we arrived at a hand-scraped, lightly stained, maple plank floor. The previous floor was removed and the new floor installed.

Our homeowners love their cats…all four of them! The furry felines are simply part of the family and are one of the reasons why the homeowners chose a more rustic “hand-scraped” texture for their floor. Its irregular undulations make for a very forgiving, yet hardy surface, hiding inevitable claw marks and spills.
